During your Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 "Ashened" monster from your hand, except "King of the Ashened City", or if your opponent controls a monster with 2800 or more ATK, you can Special Summon it from your Deck instead. You can only use this effect of "King of the Ashened City" once per turn.
